Thought leader in capital markets and second order effects

I work at the intersection of capital markets, corporate finance, and enterprise value. My focus is practical: helping leadership teams reduce the price of uncertainty when the market is underwriting strategy, governance, and execution in real time.

I am Principal and Head of Capital Markets and Strategic Advisory. I advise founders, executives, boards, and investors on high stakes moments that define trajectory, including funding rounds, IPO readiness, cross border expansion, leadership transitions, activist situations, and other special situations.

My work starts with the external model. What the investor base believes, what it assumes, and what it is pricing. From there, I help teams align operating reality, capital allocation logic, and disclosure discipline so valuation drivers are clear, the proof burden is met, and milestones get delivered under scrutiny.

Before my current role, I built and led the U.S. capital markets practice at LLYC and advised companies across the Americas, Asia, and emerging markets on investor relations, capital allocation, transactions, and valuation linked strategy.

I hold an MBA from the University of Missouri with concentrations in strategy and finance and I am a Wharton Global C Suite Executive Program fellow. I also write and speak on capital markets, second order effects, and the frameworks that shape equity value.
